MEET OUR FOUNDER
Hello, I’m Lashana N. Williams, CEO Impact Business Institute LLC and VP of Finance of a fortune 500 company. I’m also an international speaker, author of The Stranger Within: One Woman’s Journey to Self-Love and The Paycheck to Purpose Workbook: Your Guide to Make Money Doing What You Love, and founder of Bizzy Black Girls. I understand the challenges high achieving women face in their day to day. I’m a firm believer that we deserve to live the life we desire. Which is why I leverage my leadership, business and corporate experience to help professional women (like myself) transition from “clocking in” to calling the shots as a full-time entrepreneur – thus creating their purpose driven business.
I founded the Bizzy Black Girls network to address the needs of successful women to maximize our time. Many of us are mothers, wives, CEO’s, and career professionals and we don't have all day to produce the type of results that produces success & fulfillment in our lives. Like many of you I’ve attended conferences and environments where my true potential was not realized. My promise to every Bizzy Black Girl is that we will challenge you to show up every day as the highest version of yourself.
